  • Password: If you register with email/password (stored as a securely hashed value; we never store plain-text passwords).
  • TradingView username: Required to grant you invite-only access to the ChartAura AI indicator on TradingView.

1.2 Payment Information

Payment card details, UPI information, and billing addresses are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment providers (Razorpay). ZillionFlow does not store your full credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. We may store:

  • Transaction IDs and order references
  • Subscription status and plan details
  • Payment confirmation timestamps
  • Last four digits of card (if provided by the payment gateway for display purposes)

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited, time spent, and referral sources
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Grant you access to the ChartAura AI indicator on TradingView
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (subscription confirmations, access notifications, payment receipts)

Google Authentication

Used for secure sign-in. When you log in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Used to process all payments in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). Razorpay collects and processes your payment information directly. Your card details are handled by Razorpay and are subject to their security standards (PCI DSS compliant).

We share your TradingView username with TradingView solely to grant you invite-only access to the ChartAura AI indicator. We do not access your TradingView account, charts, or trading data.
