Terms of Service

ZillionFlow provides access to ChartAura AI, a proprietary technical analysis indicator available on the TradingView platform. The indicator uses algorithmic analysis of momentum, volume flow, and trend strength data to generate visual buy and sell signals on price charts.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Our service is limited to providing a TradingView indicator tool. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, or any other SEBI-regulated activity.

To use ZillionFlow, you must create an account using Google authentication or email/password registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Maintain a valid TradingView account to access the indicator.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. ZillionFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

ZillionFlow offers three subscription plans for accessing the ChartAura AI indicator:

• Monthly Plan: Recurring monthly subscription billed at the displayed price. Access continues as long as the subscription remains active.
• Yearly Plan: Recurring annual subscription billed once per year at a discounted rate. Access continues as long as the subscription remains active.
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment granting permanent access to the ChartAura AI indicator with no recurring charges.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept payments in both Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). ZillionFlow does not store your payment card details directly.

Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle, not retroactively.

ChartAura AI is an invite-only indicator on TradingView. After subscribing:

1. You must provide your TradingView username in your ZillionFlow dashboard.
2. Our team will manually grant you access to the indicator on TradingView.
3. This process may take up to 24 hours from the time you submit your TradingView username.
4. Once access is granted, you can add ChartAura AI from the Indicators panel in TradingView.

You are responsible for ensuring that your TradingView username is accurate. Delays or access issues caused by incorrect usernames are not the responsibility of ZillionFlow.

A free TradingView account is sufficient to use ChartAura AI. However, TradingView's own terms and limitations for free vs. paid plans apply independently.

All intellectual property rights in ZillionFlow and the ChartAura AI indicator, including but not limited to the source code, algorithms, design, branding, logos, and content, are owned by ZillionFlow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or decompile the ChartAura AI indicator or its underlying algorithms.
• Share, redistribute, or resell access to the indicator to any third party.
• Use the ZillionFlow brand, logo, or content without prior written consent.
• Screen-record or share the indicator's source code in any form.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZillionFlow and its founders, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of or reliance on the ChartAura AI indicator or any content on the platform.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the signals, content, or data provided.
• Any interruptions, delays, or discontinuation of the service, including TradingView platform downtime.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to ZillionFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

ZillionFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
